Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CapexiosTech website and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

CapexiosTech provides custom web development, web application engineering, UI/UX design, and search engine optimization services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each project are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project requirements and feedback in a timely manner
  • Providing necessary assets, credentials, and content as agreed
  • Reviewing and approving deliverables within the agreed timeline

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules and amounts are defined in the individual project agreement. CapexiosTech reserves the right to pause or terminate work on any project with outstanding payments. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated in the project agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive full ownership of the final deliverables. CapexiosTech retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and case studies (in anonymized form unless written consent to use branding is provided).

6. Confidentiality

CapexiosTech treats all client project details, business information, and proprietary data with strict confidentiality. We do not disclose client information to third parties without explicit written consent. NDA agreements are available upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

CapexiosTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
